ACGA submission to SEBI re the consultation paper on RPT Reforms

On 25 August 2025, ACGA submitted a response letter to The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on its Consultation Paper regarding amendments to provisions relating to related party transactions under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
