ACGA Blog: China’s new draft CG Code: 80% alignment, 20% innovation

On 25 July 2025, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) released a new draft of the “Code of Corporate Governance for Listed Companies” (“CG Code”) for public consultation.
