Malaysia’s Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad has launched a workplace guideline, aimed at creating a conducive environment to make the civil sector more efficient. Dr Mahathir quoted CG Watch 2018 as Malaysia had climbed up to the fourth place last year from the seventh place in 2016.
