Jamie Allen was invited to speak at the BDTI seminar on 'Next-Stage Governance Policies for Japan, and What Companies Need to Do' on 29 January 2019.

As CG Watch 2018 report is released in early December 2018, it has generated a bit of concern and misunderstanding in Japan. In this seminar, Jamie will explain the ranking process and how Japan’s fall in ranking in the survey does not mean Japan is ‘going backwards’ on corporate governance.
