Submission - New China CG Code

On 13 July 2018, ACGA made a submission to the China Securities Regulatory Commission on its new "Code of Corporate Governance for Listed Companies in China" which replaces the first Code from 2002 and marks an important landmark in China's corporate governance development. We believe the new Code will be welcomed by both domestic and international investors, listed companies and other market participants.
