On 13 October 2026, Helena Fung, ACGA's Head of Research and Advocacy, participated as a speaker in the session “Corporate governance and shareholder rights at a political crossroads” at PRI in Person in Amsterdam. The session examined how political and regulatory developments across major markets are reshaping corporate governance frameworks and the ability of investors to exercise shareholder rights.
