ACGA spoke at DERI’s 4th Governance Executive Program

On 2 September Yura Ahn, ACGA's Korea Research Head, presented at the opening session of DERI's 4th Governance Executive Program, speaking with IR, finance and governance practitioners from Korean listed companies on K-governance after the Commercial Act amendments. She reiterated the agenda for companies that investors have been raising for years: having an independent and effective board, and management decisions that align with the interests of all shareholders.
