ACGA Korea Delegation (7 – 10 September)

A delegation of ACGA members visited Seoul from 7 to 10 September, meeting the National Assembly’s K-Capital Market Special Committee; the Financial Services Commission and the Ministry of Justice; the Financial Supervisory Service; the Korea Exchange and the Korea Institute of Corporate Governance and Sustainability (KCGS); the National Pension Service; the Korea Corporate Governance Forum; Korea Listed Companies Association, Daishin and the Korea ESG Research Institute, and jointly with AIGCC, the Presidential Commission on Climate Crisis Response. Company meetings were held with Hyundai Motor, SK Hynix and with the board chair of Samsung Electronics.
