OECD Asian Roundtable on Corporate Governance, Tokyo

The OECD will host its annual Asian Roundtable on Corporate Governance in Tokyo on October 19–20. Jamie Allen will speak on a panel about the implementation of corporate governance frameworks with a focus on the role of soft law.
