ACGA and HKEX co-hosted a workshop on Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) on 15 June, drawing over 100 corporate representatives. The session opened with a presentation by Secretary General Amar Gill, Head of Research and Advocacy Helena Fung, and Research Head for Greater China Lake Wang on MD&A requirements and quality in Hong Kong, followed by three breakout discussions on investor expectations for MD&A and strategies for improvement. Special thanks to Eddy Gan (BlackRock), Blythe Du (JP Morgan Asset Management), and Nana Li for sharing their insights during the discussions.
