ACGA responds to the public consultation on the Korea Stewardship Code

On 26 June 2026, ACGA has submitted its response to the public consultation on the proposed amendment to the Korea Stewardship Code, the Code's first comprehensive revision since 2016. While broadly supportive of the amendment, our response offers constructive recommendations to strengthen the Code further and to improve the accessibility of the consultation process for overseas investors.
