ACGA response to HKEX's New Board Concept Paper

On August 14, 2017, ACGA submitted a comment letter to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on its "New Board Concept Paper".

The submission generated much media interest and coverage, such as the Bloomberg article of August 23, 2017, "Investors Wave Red Flags at Hong Kong Dual-Class Shares Plan".
