ACGA featured in The Asia Business Daily

On 9 June 2026, The Asia Business Daily reported on ACGA’s open letter to Korean authorities, which welcomed recent progress in corporate governance reform. The article “Significant Progress in Korea’s Capital Market— ACGA Sends Letter of Appreciation to Lee Jaemyung Administration” highlighted ACGA’s recognition of policy advances including amendments to the Commercial Code and enhanced shareholder rights, as well as its support for measures to improve transparency such as same-day disclosure of voting results at general meetings. It also underscored ACGA’s view that continued reform momentum and engagement with global investors will be key to strengthening Korea’s capital market.
