BackParticipation in CLP Power Roundtable during Hong Kong Green Week

On 12 September 2025, Helena Fung, ACGA Head of Research and Advocacy, spoke at and moderated a roundtable hosted by CLP Power Hong Kong. As part of Hong Kong Green Week, the roundtable convened 26 experts from the energy and financial services sectors, including representatives from banking, asset management, ratings agencies, second-party opinion providers and policy advocacy groups. The discussion focused on the evolving role of transition finance in Hong Kong’s energy sector, with particular emphasis on the implications of the Phase 2A prototype of the Hong Kong Taxonomy and the need to finance transition measures specific to Hong Kong’s decarbonisation pathways.
