CG Watch 2016 Media Coverage

With CLSA’s kind support, a press conference was organised in Hong Kong on September 29, 2016 to launch CG Watch 2016 “Ecosystems  matter: Asia’s path to home-grown governance”. We had an overwhelming response from the media and our best coverage in many years—around 20 journalists came to the event and another half dozen dialled in from around the region, including Australia. The authors of the report—ACGA’s Jamie Allen and CLSA’s Shaun Cochran and Charles Yonts—were on hand to field questions from the media.

Jamie was interviewed by Bernie Lo on CNBC Squawk Box on September 30, 2016. We received solid coverage with more than a dozen stories in publications including Financial Times, South China Morning Post, The Australian Financial Review, The Business Times, The Edge, Nikkei Report, Bloomberg News, Thomson Reuters, as well as various articles in the Chinese press in Hong Kong.
