ACGA spoke at the Korea Capital Market Conference hosted by the Korea Stock Exchange

On 29 September, Stephanie Lin, ACGA’s Research Head for Korea and Singapore, spoke at the Korea Capital Market Conference hosted by the Korea Stock Exchange. She shared her views on Korea’s Corporate Value-Up Program and recent corporate governance reforms, noting that the program has brought much-needed attention to shareholder value. While the direction of the reforms is positive, Lin emphasized that effective implementation and enforcement will be critical for achieving their intended outcomes.
