Presentation to the 32nd CITIC CLSA Investors’ Forum, Hong Kong

On Wednesday 10 September 2025, Amar Gill, ACGA Secretary General, and Helena Fung, ACGA Head of Research and Advocacy, presented at the 32nd CITIC CLSA Investors’ Forum held at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, Wanchai. Their presentation highlighted reform initiatives from the recent “Value Up, Asia” report, including updates on regional legislation such as the amendments to Korea’s Commercial Act, driven by the KOSPI 5000 Committee to enhance corporate governance and shareholder rights. They also discussed the Jump+ and Corporate Value-Up programmes launched by the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Thai Securities and Exchange Commission, respectively, to boost market competitiveness and investor confidence.
