ACGA response to CSRC Corporate Governance Code revisions

On 23 August 2025, ACGA submitted a response letter to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) to comment on the “Code of Corporate Governance for Listed Companies (Draft for Revision and Comments)” published on 25 July 2025.
