Zennor Asset Management LLP (“Zennor”) is a boutique asset management firm dedicated to compounding capital over the long term on behalf of its clients. The firm emphasizes responsible investing as a core component of its stewardship approach. This commitment not only helps mitigate the risk of capital loss and fosters strategic engagement with investee companies, but also aligns clients’ long-term economic interests with broader societal goals.

Zennor primarily invests in Japan, where shareholder-insider alignment is often limited. Consequently, the firm’s most significant engagement efforts focus on governance, genuine board independence, and enhancing alignment among management, boards, and shareholders. While Zennor also addresses social and environmental factors, the firm maintains that without strong and effective governance, these considerations tend to be incidental rather than systematically integrated within investee companies
