ACGA featured in the Financial Times

ACGA’s blog on the proposed privatisation of Toyota Industries Corporation by Toyota—highlighting key governance and minority shareholder concerns—was featured in the Financial Times article, “Toyota Industries’ $33bn take-private deal attacked as ‘study in opacity’” on 2 July.
