ACGA featured in Money Talk Now

Stephanie Lin, ACGA’s Research Head for Korea and Singapore, was interviewed by Korean media outlet Money Talk Now on the recent amendments to the Commercial Code passed by the National Assembly on 3 July. She noted that while the changes mark a positive step forward, foreign investors will be closely monitoring how the reforms are implemented and enforced.
