Earth Inside, a Korea-based CG media outlet, covered the remarks from Stephanie Lin, ACGA Research Head for Korea and Singapore, at Korea Corporate Governance Forum (KCGF) on June 23. She stressed the urgent need to expand the duty of loyalty of directors to all shareholders through amendments to the Commercial Act and to improve the system by introducing measures such as cumulative voting.
