ACGA Response to SGX RegCo Consultation

On 14 June 2025, ACGA submitted a response to SGX Exchange Regulation (SGX  RegCo)’s consultation paper on A Shift to a More Disclosure-Based Regime. We acknowledge and welcome SGX RegCo’s efforts to modernise its regulatory approach and strengthen Singapore’s position as a leading capital market. While we support the move towards greater flexibility and alignment with international trends, we highlighted the importance of maintaining strong governance standards, credible disclosures, and effective oversight to ensure the quality of listings and sustain investor confidence over the long term.
