ACGA speaks at TDCC

On 15 April 2025, Amar Gill, Secretary General, delivered a keynote speech at the 2025 TDCC ESG Services Conference in Taiwan. His speech, titled “Stewardship: Emerging Challenges and Outlook for 2025”, focused on key stewardship issues across the globe, including rising shareholder activism in Asia, insufficient access to independent directors, and resourcing gaps in stewardship. Amar also shared ACGA’s case studies on collaborative engagement and advocated for reorienting stewardship codes towards outcomes.
