Presentation to the 31st CITIC CLSA Investors’ Forum, Hong Kong

On Tuesday, 10 September 2024, Amar Gill, ACGA Secretary General was invited to be the Keynote and Expert Speaker at the 31st CITIC CLSA Investors’ Forum held at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, Wanchai. The topic of his presentation was “CG Reform: What prospects of meaningful advances across Asia?” covering corporate governance reform that is taking shape in Asia, with various markets putting forward initiatives to enhance shareholder returns, as well as the major governance challenges that remain in APAC markets.
