Letter to Korea's FSC

On 6 September 2023, ACGA submitted a letter to Korea's Financial Services Commission regarding strengthening capital markets and investor confidence through improved corporate governance.

In our letter, we addressed the following issues: long-held treasury shares, the creeping spread of cross-shareholdings, executive compensation, appointing lead-independent directors in case of non-independent chairs, and independent director tenure and number of directorships.
