ACGA letter to Japan FSA on ESG disclosure

On 7 December 2022, ACGA submitted a letter in response to the consultation on the “Proposal to amend the Cabinet directive regarding disclosure of corporate details pertaining to sustainability and corporate governance” issued by the Financial Services Agency (FSA) on 7 November 2022.
