Breakfast Talk on ACGA's CG Watch 2016: Ecosystems Matter

A breakfast talk, jointly organised by The lclif Leadership and Governance Centre and the Malaysian Directors Academy, was held on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 in Kuala Lumpur.

Jamie Allen, Secretary General of ACGA and Ben McCarron, ACGA Specialist Consultant, shared the findings of the CG Watch 2016 "Ecosystems Matter" report. They highlighted the strengths and weaknesses of governance practices in Malaysia and how they compare with those of the other countries surveyed. ACGA also share thoughts on the implications of the findings.

Following the ACGA presentation, a panel comprising corporate leaders discussed the findings and suggested ways forward to build a better and stronger corporate governance culture in Malaysia.
