Presentation to the FT Women in Business Asia Forum

Jamie Allen, Secretary General, gave an introduction on the current situation with female representation in corporate Asia in a webinar “Gender Parity - Getting Male Colleagues On Board” at the Women in Business Asia Forum hosted by the Financial Times on 16 September 2021.

Introduction
It can sometimes be a hard task to get men to buy in to gender equality at work. But women cannot move forward alone—getting male colleagues' support is essential if we are to make progress that benefits us all. The FT Women in Business Asia Forum was launched to provide women at mid-career level with relevant insights from industry leaders and knowledge exchange from peers, providing a framework to accelerate their path to senior leadership.
