New Member: UBS SDIC Fund Management Company

We are delighted to welcome UBS SDIC Fund Management Company (UBS SDIC) as ACGA’s newest member. Established in June 2005, UBS SDIC is a joint venture between SDIC TAIKANG Trust Co., Ltd and UBS AG, in which, for the first time, a foreign partner holds the maximum 49% equity stake. The firm manages over US$ 19.2 billion in AUM and has offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Beijing.

UBS SDIC believes in the importance of environmental protection, social responsibility and corporate governance in the analysis of investment risk. It views sound corporate governance as a key for good ESG risk management and as a foundation for long-term sustainable investment returns. Jeffrey Williams, a director of UBS SDIC, has been a Council Member at ACGA since 2018.
