Letter to TSE on Japan's revised CG Code

On 6 April 2021, the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) issued the revised draft of the Japan Corporate Governance Code, and on 7 April 2021, the Financial Services Agency (FSA) issued Guidelines for Investor and Company Engagement for public comment. ACGA sent a letter to the TSE on 11 May 2021.
