Letter on Independent Directors in Hong Kong

On 29 September 2020, the South China Morning Post published a letter from ACGA, written jointly with the Hong Kong Investment Funds Association, urging the Hong Kong Exchange to protect shareholders by making independent directors in Hong Kong accountable and upholding governance practices.
