Letter to MOF Japan on the final FEFTA regulations

On 14 March 2020, the Ministry of Finance (MOF) Japan published the draft rules and regulations of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act (FEFTA), and subsequently republished with amendments on 25 March 2020. ACGA sent a letter to the MOF Japan on 9 April 2020.
