Letter to SEBI on Auditor Resignations

On 18 July 2019, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) issued a consultation paper on policy proposals with respect to resignation of Statutory Auditors from listed entities. ACGA sent a letter to the SEBI on 9 August 2019.
