On 31 January 2000 the second edition of ACGA's first regional report, Building Stronger Boards and Companies in Asia, was published. It provided a concise overview of the catalysts for and obstacles to corporate governance reform, as well as a summary of new developments, in 11 Asian markets (now including Indonesia and Singapore).
