In April 2009, ACGA worked with the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) to raise awareness among our members around the world of the Maharlika Board, a special board for well-governed companies that the Exchange hoped to establish. In subsequent years we spoke at events organised by the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and the Shareholders' Association of the Philippines (SharePHIL), an association formed to represent minority shareholders. In October 2016, ACGA met with the ICD and its counterparts in the Asean CG Scorecard project in Manila.
