ACGA has undertaken advocacy in Malaysia since 2009 when we did a series of presentations to the judiciary, bank directors and internal auditors during that year. We have contributed submissions to several regulatory consultations, including changes to listing rules, the country's CG Code, and its 2011 CG Blueprint, a major policy document setting out a reform framework for the following five years. We led a delegation of ACGA members for meetings in Malaysia in 2011 and again following our 15th Annual Conference in Kuala Lumpur in 2015.
