On March 20, 2013, ACGA spoke at the Conference of Major Super Funds annual meeeting, held in Brisbane, on the complexities of corporate governance in Asia. We looked at areas of convergence, divergence, some key issues for institutional investors in the region, and highlighted selected company case studies.
