On December 21, 2015, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEx) published a conclusion paper on a consultation it carried out on upgrading its ESG Reporting Guide from a voluntary to a "comply or explain" document. ACGA sent a submission to HKEx in late September 2015.
