On 14 July 2023, ACGA submitted a letter to the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX) on its consultation paper on the Enhancement of Climate-related Disclosures Under the Environmental, Social and Governance Framework (Appendix 27 of the Listing Rules).
