On 11 May 2021, ACGA wrote in response to the revised draft of the Japan Corporate Governance Code issued by the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) for public comment on 6 April 2021 and Guidelines for Investor and Company Engagement, issued by the Financial Services Agency (FSA) for public comment on 7 April 2021.
