On Tuesday, 1 November 2016, ACGA made a submission to the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) in Hong Kong on its consultation regarding proposed enhancements to the listing regime in Hong Kong. ACGA is supportive of the SFC's paper, which was published jointly with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEx), however we raise certain questions about the implementation of the proposals and make some recommendations for how the governance of listing could be enhanced further.
