On January 28, 2015, ACGA submitted comments to the Financial Services Agency (FSA) of Japan on its draft Corporate Governance Code. ACGA welcomes the Code, which is due to take effect in June 2015, and believes it will lead to progress in many areas of Japanese corporate governance.
