On October 9, 2015, ACGA spoke at an evening seminar of the Hong Kong Business Accountants Association (HKBAA) on broad trends in corporate governance in Asia. We gave an overview of the history of CG reform both globally and in the region, the proceeded to look at developments closer to home--in China and Hong Kong.
