On March 13, 2017, ACGA spoke at a conference in Hong Kong organised by the Companies Registry (CR). Our presentation focussed on the impact of culture in Asia on corporate governance and risk management, including why scores for "CG culture" in our CG Watch survey are always on the low side. We also compared Asia to Australia on both CG rules and culture, and made suggestions as to how Hong Kong companies could manage risk more effectively from a governance point of view.
