On March 7, 2017, ACGA Secretary General, Jamie Allen, and Specialist Consultant, Ben McCarron, spoke at a breakfast meeting in Kuala Lumpur on the findings of our "CG Watch 2016" report. The meeting was co-organised by The Iclif Leadership and Governance Centre and the Malaysian Directors Academy (MINDA). It was held in the conference hall at Lanai Kijang, Bank Negara and attracted around 220 directors, company representatives and CG experts.

Our speech was followed by a panel discussion moderated by Gerald Ambrose of Aberdeen Asset Management Malaysia and comprising two other speakers: Lya Rahman of the Minority Shareholder Watchdog Group (MSWG) and Goh Ching Yin, formerly of the Securities Commission.
