On May 25, 2006, ACGA spoke at a meeting of the Hong Kong Trustees' Association on the topic of "The Changing Role of Trustees in Corporate Governance". We discussed why more is expected of trustees today, the legal obligations of trustees over pension funds in Hong Kong, and some practical suggestions on how trustees could improve the governance of the funds they oversee.
