On February 8, 2013, the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) held a Breakfast Roundtable in Manila. Jamie Allen, ACGA Secretary General, gave a presentation titled, “Do Shareholders Value Good Governance?”.  His remarks focussed on what investors expect in terms of good governance and some issues in policy implementation in the Philippines.
