On April 2, 2009, ACGA organised a series of meetings with the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) to talk about its plan to launch a special corporate governance board, the "Maharlika Board". PSE is consulting institutional investors and other stakeholders around the world and our meetings included a discussion with members in Hong Kong and conference calls with members in North America, Asia and Europe. Francis Lim, President and CEO, PSE, gave a presentation titled, "The Philippine Stock Exchange: Updates and Developments", followed by a presentation by Jonathan Juan Moreno, Vice President, Corporate Governance, PSE.
