On November 12, 2008, ACGA spoke at a seminar in Hong Kong organised by Hewitt on the topic of "Trends in Corporate Governance and Executive Remuneration Disclosure in Asia". After a general overview of the region as of late 2008, we looked at recent developments in remuneration disclosure best practices in listed companies in Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as the arguments for and against greater transparency.
